  • William (Will) Davis

    Founder & Executive Director

    William began his career with Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He was a valued and highly respected employee for eleven years. Hard work and dedication lead him to multiple career advancement opportunities, and recognition throughout the company. Positions held include Dishwasher, Patient Access Coordinator for the Department of Cardio-Thoracic & Vascular Surgery Outpatient Division, and Epic Trainer.

    He would then be presented with an opportunity in Pharmaceutical Sales which lasted over the next ten years. William would successfully embrace this opportunity, and exceed all goals that were set for him. He would become a multiple time award winner of the top sales awards within each company. William was also honored and awarded for his effective leadership, superior customer service, and honesty. After two company downsizes, William would look to pursue other options. He left the Pharmaceutical Sales industry as highly respected Senior Sales Consultant.

    His next and current opportunity allows William to pursue his passion-helping others in need. His desire and urge to help others has led to the creation of Restore Our Cities Foundation. In this role, he participates in various activities to promote and educate individuals in an attempt to restore communities within Ohio. William holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and is also licensed Real Estate agent. In his spare time, he serves as the Youth Choir Director for his church.

  • Clarence Henderson

    Board President

    Clarence has been actively involved with the Construction industry for over twenty years. He is the proud owner of Henderson Contracting Company which opened in 2002. Clarence is currently a Union Carpenter. Prior to entering the Construction industry, Henderson proudly served his country in the US Army. In his spare time, he enjoys mentoring our youth. Clarence is also engaged in initiatives to help reshape local communities.

  • Gregg Rall


    Gregg E. Rall is the President and Founder of Quest Financial and Insurance Services. Gregg has a career of selling Personal and Commercial Insurance that spans over 12 years throughout California, Arizona, and now Ohio. Quest Financial and Insurance Services first office is located in Palm Desert, CA and now he has expanded to Ohio, where Gregg resides with his wife Maureen and his two sons Angelo and Dominic.

    Gregg is a Gulf War Veteran and was an army reservist for seven years and upon his return from active duty, he completed culinary school and rapidly advanced to the level of Executive Chef. He has worked at various prestigious restaurants and Country Clubs in Ohio and California, winning several culinary awards.

    Gregg enjoys cooking, his passion to help people is what launched his career in the Insurance business. Owner of Quest Financial and Insurance Services has enabled him to personally work with each and every client. Quest Financial offers a broad variety of products, Life, Annuities, Business, Auto, Homeowners, Health, Medicare Supplements and Advantage plans. Gregg enjoys working with Community small business owners and families, providing complete insurance coverage at a competitive price.

    Gregg's passion to help others keeps him very active in supporting Community Non-Profit organizations. He is on the Board of Director's for 'Christopher's Clubhouse', a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational programs to empower children and families with the skills necessary to avoid exploitation. Gregg is also very passionate about his Harley Davidson motorcycle and is the past President of the 'Desert Riders Association, Inc. (DRA), a non-profit organization whose rider members raise money for community charities like the fallen Riverside Valley Police Officers Fund and the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission.

  • Trabelus (Tra) Whitfield

    Board Member

    Trabelus began his career as a Law Enforcement Officer in Virginia. He would remain in this field for ten years. He would also serve a Youth Pastor with New Generation Assembly of God. This would lead to leading the Evangelism Ministry with Freedom Fellowship Church for over four years. Whitfield would pursue other opportunities in Ohio. In 2012, he would move on to serve as Associate Pastor at First Assembly Church. After leaving law enforcement, he would go on to earn an Associate's Degree in Computer Science & Web-Development along with a Bachelor's in Religion. Trabelus is committed to youth development and minimizing crime.
