Welcome to the Restore Our Cities Foundation. We are committed to helping individuals learn lifelong skills, while at the same time, actively working to counter the problem of housing blight in the city of Cleveland and around the nation. ROCF will give you the tools and connections needed to begin, not just a job, but a career in the construction trade industry. ROCF works diligently to prepare our participants with the knowledge to allow them to exercise the right to join the unions and other trade organizations. This could ultimately place our clients into paid apprenticeships and from there into well-paying construction jobs.
